Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to all services offered by Warpline Ltd., including domain registration, web hosting, and VPS services.
Definitions
- Personal Data: Refers to information such as name, address, email, and secure credit card tokens.
- User-Generated Data: Refers to any files, emails, databases, or other data uploaded to our servers, including anything on the client's VPS.
Content Rules
What You Can't Post or Transmit
Here's a list of content types you shouldn't publish or share while using our services: Child or adult pornography, Scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive practices, Unauthorized trade secrets or confidential information, Promotion of illegal activities (like drugs, illegal gambling, etc.)
Security Responsibilities
Please maintain the security of your account. This means being careful with your password and considering periodic updates to keep it secure. Users are responsible for all activity originating from their account, even if performed without their consent.
Email Etiquette
Do not send unsolicited emails in bulk or to individuals, especially if they've indicated that they're not interested. To send bulk commercial email, you must obtain our prior approval.
Resource Limits
Users are prohibited from utilizing excessive bandwidth, CPU, and storage resources. Limitations on usage may be imposed if deemed necessary by Warpline Ltd.
Data Protection and Privacy
- Personal Data: Stored for the duration of any active service and is permanently deleted 180 days after the termination of the last active service.
- User-Generated Data: Stored for the duration of any active service and is permanently deleted 60 days after the termination of the last active service.
Technical Rules
What You Can't Do Technically
Avoid using software that overutilizes CPU resources, including but not limited to: FOLDING@home, SETI@home, distributed.net, BOINC, Cryptocurrency mining software (like Bitcoin or Ethereum mining).
Monitoring and Auditing
While we don't actively monitor client activities to respect your privacy, we reserve the right to monitor and audit accounts for compliance with this AUP when necessary.
Legal Matters
Disputes related to this AUP will be resolved according to applicable laws.
Changes to AUP
We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through email notifications, website updates, or other appropriate means.
Third-Party Services
If using third-party integrations through our service, you are also responsible for adhering to their respective terms and AUP.
Internet Behavior
Engaging in illegal activities such as unauthorized data access, cyberattacks, or unauthorized surveillance is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, DoS/DDoS attacks and port scanning.
