We aim to make our terms of service as straightforward and user-friendly as possible. Please read through these terms carefully before using our services. For any questions, feel free to contact our support team.


  • Personal Data: Refers to information such as name, address, email, and secure credit card tokens.
  • User-Generated Data: Refers to any files, emails, databases, or other data uploaded to our servers, including anything on the client's VPS.

1. Introduction and Summary

When you use our services, you agree to the following: Cancel any service at least 24 hours before the next renewal period. Abide by all laws and avoid abusive behavior towards our staff. Pay your fees promptly to avoid service suspension.

2. Our Services

After your order passes our fraud checks, we will initiate your hosting services as outlined in your order.

3. Duration and Renewal of Service

Your service begins upon receiving an activation email and renews automatically for an identical period, unless either party provides 30 days written notice.

  • Personal Data: Stored for the duration of any active service and is permanently deleted 180 days after the termination of the last active service.
  • User-Generated Data: Stored for the duration of any active service and is permanently deleted 60 days after the termination of the last active service.

4. Fees and Payments

Fees are payable at the start of each billing cycle. Payments can be made in USD or EUR. Unresolved fee disputes within 60 days are deemed final.

5. Fee Adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust fees with 90 days' notice before any changes take effect.

6. Early Termination

Terminate the agreement before a renewal term with at least 24 hours notice. Unpaid fees may still be due.

7. Legal and Acceptable Use

Use our services responsibly, in accordance with laws and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

8. Accurate Account Information

Please provide accurate account details. Individual users must be at least 18 years old.

9. Protection from Liability

You agree to protect us from legal claims arising from your use of our services.

10. Service Quality

We strive for high-quality service but make no guarantees about uninterrupted or secure services.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to three months of service fees.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for AUP violations or non-cooperation.

13. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee with some exceptions.

14. Data Disclosure

Data will only be disclosed if legally compelled by a court order. We do not voluntarily cooperate with third parties; we only disclose information if legally required.

15. Data Backup and Responsibility

We offer daily, weekly, and monthly backups with a one-month retention, but are not responsible for data loss. All backups are permanently deleted 90 days after the termination of the last active service. Keep your own backups.

16. Communication

Stay updated through email, support tickets, and posts on our News section, Facebook, Twitter, and Telegram accounts.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service disruptions due to uncontrollable events.

18. Governing Law

This agreement follows applicable laws, irrespective of jurisdiction.

19. Intellectual Property

Both parties retain their respective intellectual property rights.

20. Miscellaneous

This constitutes the entire agreement, superseding all prior communications.
